Financed by the Europe Aid Budget, the Government of Flanders (Belgium), and the Autonomous Port of Sihanoukville (PAS), the Sihanoukville‘s Wind Turbine is designed to allow substantial savings in fuel, as it supposed to assist the shifts of 2 diesel generators.

CK has been asked to carry out electric work for the integration of this 250kW turbine to the grid of PAS. It was a huge construction site that required hundreds kilometres of wires for low and medium voltage - which implied here, excavation, formwork and reinforcement – transformers, switchgear, and the expert know-how of CK to complete this major task in less than 2 months! This international collaboration in Sihanoukville may be the beginning of some great partnership with others countries!
